|We use the Medical Service Availment Information that we collect generally to fulfill any medical services availed through the Site (including processing your payment information, recipient’s email address/phone number/s and/or medical services confirmation). Additionally, we use this Medical Service Availment Information to:|

|Review medical services you availed; and|
|If it is in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.|
|We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).|
Retention of Device Information for a certain period must likewise be indicated or stated, or when Device Information shall be destroyed be likewise stated.
There are no specific rules on cookie retention periods or retention periods for similar technologies. The DPA IRR, however, provides that retention of personal data shall only be for as long as necessary: (i) for the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purpose, or when the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated; (ii) for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or (iii) for legitimate business purposes, which must be consistent with standards followed by the applicable industry or approved by the appropriate government agency. Further, personal data shall not be retained in perpetuity in contemplation of a possible future use yet to be determined. (Section 19, DPA IRR).
|SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION|
|We may share your Personal Information only with the Company’s authorized personnel or, with your consent, with authorized third parties pursuant to a confidentiality/data sharing agreement. |Restriction/Suspension/Termination of usage of the website for breach||That, in the event of any violation of the terms and conditions of Halcyon Fitness and the use of the site, your access will be terminated.
Halcyon Fitness reserves the right to cancel the availment of medical services if its usage was found to be fraudulent.
