At Halcyon Fitness, we pride ourselves on providing intimate classes where you feel free of judgment. Our classes are personalized one-on-one sessions with a maximum of three individuals, all of whom are acquainted with each other.
Are your programs beginner-friendly?
Yes! We assist and guide individuals of all fitness levels.
I have an injury. Can I still do Pilates?
In most cases, yes, but it depends on the nature of your injury. Before we begin, we will assess your injury to determine the most suitable program for you.
