Bootcamp Workout

A type of group training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises. The activities and format may be loosely demonstrated on aspects of fitness training used in the military. The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells), and stretching.
